Our Lime Mortar Sand for Dubbing Out, Stipple Coats and Base Coats is available subject to quantity and notice.

Each of our Plastering & Rendering sands is intended to produce plaster of predictable strength and durability, with a uniform appearance. Our Plastering and Rendering Sands comply with the gradings set out in BSEN 13139:2013.

The relevant codes of practice, standards and statutory regulations must always be observed.

NB: We don't have a sand which on its own is completely adequate for Dubbing Out, Stipple Coats and Base Coats as you can see from these CSG Sand Lab Tests: 0/2 BLM Grey, 0/2 BLM Brown, 0/4 BLM Grey & 0/4 BLM Brown

However, a satisfactory blend can be mixed on site - see our blending recommendation here.
