Paver Laying Course Sand Category II
A laying course sand for roads and adopted highways; petrol station forecourts; pedestrianisation projects receiving regular heavy traffic; footways regularly overridden by traffic. Our Category II paver laying sand has a restricted production and is available subject to quantity and notice. Our laying course sands comply with the gradings set out in BS 7533 part 3 (1997).

We regularly sample our sands to check that grain size distribution meets specification.
The relevant codes of practice, standards and statutory regulations must always be observed.
